With Memorial Day right around the corner, the new Epicure Outdoor
Refrigerator will add both convenience and style to outdoor living spaces,
as the traditional backyard continues to evolve into an area meant for more
than the occasional barbecue. Today, backyards often resemble indoor living
rooms with complete kitchen amenities. It is only natural that these al
fresco kitchens should include a refrigerator designed to withstand ambient
temperatures.

THE COOL DETAILS OF OUTDOOR LIVING
Designed to fit neatly under any counter in an outdoor patio or kitchen
layout, the unit stands at 33″ tall, 24″ wide, easily slides into standard
cabinetry openings and is perfect for milk and fresh food storage in
addition to beverages.
Boasting quiet storage due to a robust vibration-free compressor, a
digital electronic control panel allows users to adjust the temperature
with the simple touch of a button, and a charcoal filter removes unwanted
odors, keeping contents pure.
Available with a stainless steel door with left- or right-hand door
swing options, the refrigerator is built to withstand temperatures from 50
degrees to 109 degrees Fahrenheit, is more efficient at maintaining
internal temperatures than competitors’ models and has the capacity to
store 124 cans of soda or 50 bottles of wine.
THE DETAILS OF OUTDOOR COOKING
The Epicure Outdoor Refrigerator is an extension to Dacor’s line of
Epicure Outdoor Grills, which are available in 52″ and 36″ widths and
feature brighter halogen lighting to illuminate the cooking surface so the
barbecue can continue long after the sun goes down. A patent-pending,
optional ceramic sear burner, placed inside the firebox, offers high
intensity cooking for perfect searing and brilliant Illumina(TM) Burner
Control Knobs glow blue when the grill is on, for greater safety and
aesthetic appeal.
Three U-shaped stainless steel burners operate at 20,000 BTU on grill
models without the optional ceramic sear burner. Grills that include the
ceramic sear burner will feature two high-output U-shaped stainless steel
burners. An infrared ceramic rotisserie burner with a heavy-duty removable
motor conveniently attaches to the grill when needed, providing limitless
cooking options for the outdoor chef.
Optional accessories are available including a 16″ side unit with two
18,000 BTU burners, continuous grates and a 24″ indoor/outdoor warming
oven, with safely concealed controls and a four-hour timer.
Both the Epicure Outdoor Refrigerator and Grills are currently
